Happy Yeast
I have two small fermenters converted from catering sauce bottles. I put a batch of Zythos Pale Ale on an existing Mangrove Jacks West Coast yeast. Let's say it got pretty excited.
IBU-
I am looking forward to trying this Zythos hop blend with
Muntons light malt extract. Should be 4.5% with 60ish IBUs.
