Michigan IPAs

I was very lucky to have these!

Full of Cascade goodness.  So citrusy with 80 IBU you can't miss it.

So so dank.  98 IBU of palate challenging resin.

So restrained a great beer but mellow after the other two.

Happy Yeast

I have two small fermenters converted from catering sauce bottles.  I put a batch of Zythos Pale Ale on an existing Mangrove Jacks West Coast yeast.  Let's say it got pretty excited.

IBU-

I am looking forward to trying this Zythos hop blend with

Muntons light malt extract.  Should be 4.5% with 60ish IBUs.

The mission

I am trying to see how easy I can make brewing your own beers.  I don't mean straight out of  kit but mashing and boiling all day just isn't my thing.  I like hoppy beers so the malt isn't the big deal.  These will be extract brews with plenty of hop character.
