Michigan IPAs
I was very lucky to have these!
Full of Cascade goodness. So citrusy with 80 IBU you can't miss it.
So so dank. 98 IBU of palate challenging resin.
So restrained a great beer but mellow after the other two.

Happy Yeast
I have two small fermenters converted from catering sauce bottles. I put a batch of Zythos Pale Ale on an existing Mangrove Jacks West Coast yeast. Let's say it got pretty excited.

The mission
I am trying to see how easy I can make brewing your own beers. I don't mean straight out of kit but mashing and boiling all day just isn't my thing. I like hoppy beers so the malt isn't the big deal. These will be extract brews with plenty of hop character.
